KEATING

My name is Keating, and I use they/them pronouns. I am a theatre artist in the St. Louis area. I am the Co-Artistic Director of Poor Monsters, and the Communications Director at ERA. I am an intersectional feminist and I use my art to celebrate womxn.
WHAT I'M UP TO: I streamed a reading of Albert Camus' THE PLAGUE via Facebook Live. You can watch the 5-part readings here.
I adapted and directed Shakespeare's VENUS AND ADONIS for a live streamed reading on Shakespere Festival St. Louis' facebook page. Watch it here.
Donations can be made via PayPal here.
WHAT I'M THINKING ABOUT: What art do you want to see during this pandemic? Let me know on Instagram @keating.keating
I'm truly, deeply, madly in love with St. Louis. I love a good (or bad) dad joke, and observing people in their natural habitat. When not in rehearsals, I can be found wandering around Tower Grove Park. My theatre obsession started at 12 years old when my mom handed me a copy of A Midsummer Night's Dream. I saw the production of it later that year at a local high school. I got such a high from watching the play come to life in front of me -- especially the play-within-a-play at the end. I went back every single night of the run. I've been chasing that high ever since.
